Windows has a great feature, which is the Start menu, where you can gain access to everything you want and need quickly and easily. But the issue is that, over time, you will install many and varied programs, all of which will be linked via the Start menu. You might end up in a situation where you have so many things in the Start menu you're having difficulty finding anything quickly. That's where a program like Express Menu 1.0.2 comes in.
